Overview
KSR is a local central Illinois small business. Their mission is helping people by offering affordable quality work on all of your Heating, Ventilation, Air Conditioning and Electrical needs.
KSR HVAC and Electrical
The owner reached out to me to create their logo. The HVAC industry is highly competitive in Illinois. Brainstorming with the owner we wanted to create something simple but that can be unique to him. The end result were his initials we both agreed this would give match his mission. Having a name associated with a business speaks a lot for the work being done. If someone is willing to risk their name for a business that means they have a lot of pride in their work. In the owners rural area demographic that name recognition goes a long way.
My Role
A simple grey was chosen as the color. It is a professional color and easy to print on surfaces.
A lightning bolt was added to give more style to the logo. Since this creation the owner has used it to spread awareness through brand merchandise such as hats and t-shirts. He recently was able to hire his first employee and grow his Facebook following to over 300 followers.
